General Information

One of King Street's oldest and most historic structures, the Kings Courtyard Inn was originally built in 1853 as an inn catering to plantation owners and merchant guests. Located in the heart of historic Charleston, the Inn is within easy walking distance to the city's historic homes, gardens and churches. Guest rooms are individually distinctive and some feature canopied beds, fireplaces and excellent views of the two inner courtyards. Guests enjoy an afternoon welcome of wine and sherry, evening turndown service with chocolates and continental breakfast delivered to the room, courtyard or breakfast room each morning.
