They put my credit card through for $200. and would not credit me nor return my call nor e-mail. My bank had to go after them as I cancelled the next day 7 weeks prior to visit! read more

I am most sorry this guest was unhappy. We state clearly on our confirmation letter and on our website our cancellation policy. We do not vary this, in fairness to everyone. What this guest may not realize is it takes a few days to show on their account. I have not had a bank "go after me". If a guest is not happy the best way to handle the problem is to call and speak with me. I am in the business of satisfying guests.
