    We require a one night deposit by credit card, check or money order. Any cancellation must occur 7 full days (14 days for Charleston special events and holidays) prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full reservation being charged. Outside 7 days a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged per room ($50.00 if 14 day applies). Upon arrival all guests are responsible for entire confirmed reservation and will be charged for early departures. Non arrivals will be charged the full reservation .
