Zelda's Retreat
Our secluded 5-room suite offers the ultimate in luxury. The entire 3rd floor - 1,100 sq. ft. - is yours!
The large bedroom has a king size bed and armoire.
The luxurious marble bathroom is the centerpiece of Zelda's Retreat. Complete with whirlpool, fireplace and TV, it offers the ideal place to relax. There is also a multi-jet shower and steam bath.

Relax by the fireplace in the sitting room with a Coffee/Tea maker, microwave and refrigerator. A second sitting room has a 40" HDTV and two pull-out twin beds. There is a private balcony and entrance.

Fitzgerald
The Fitzgerald is a charming 18' by 20' room. The bed is an extra-long queen size mahogany English Victorian half-tester with rounded footboard circa 1840. The bed hangings complement the linens. There is also an 18th Century mahogany English Georgian tallboy (chest on chest). This room also has a 27" LCD and DVD player and a refrigerator. Over 100 yards of French blue silk and silk damask make this a truly elegant experience!

Thomas Wolfe
The Thomas Wolfe Room, named after Asheville's famous author, is 19' by 19'. The bed is a king size sleigh bed. The private bath has a whirlpool with shower above.

It has an English Victorian dressing table/desk, a chest of drawers from the Island of Jersey circa mid 19th century and a mahogany Georgian-style wardrobe with mirrored doors. There are also two very comfortable club chairs. A 27" LCD TV and DVD player is also available.

Edith Wharton
The Edith Wharton room drapes, bed hangings, and linens are all Ralph Lauren fabrics: black Isadora and a black gingham companion pattern. There is a desk and high-speed DSL wired and wireless Internet access. The armoire houses a 25" TV/DVD. The walls are painted a pale green with pale green wall to wall carpeting. The private bath has a jacuzzi-style whirlpool with a shower above.

O. Henry
The O.Henry is a charming, south-facing room approximately 15' x 15'. The room has a king size bed, a desk and two comfortable club chairs for reading or enjoying the fireplace or LCD TV and DVD player. A desk and wired and wireless connection for high speed Internet access also makes this room ideal for the business traveler.

William Morris Room
The William Morris room is located on the ground floor of Griffin Cottage. It is wheel-chair accessible, has a king-size bed, LCD widescreen TV, DVD/CD player, 5.1 surround sound, convection/microwave, automatic ice maker, refrigerator, and Flavia coffee/tea maker. The large multi-jet shower is thermostatically controlled plus a steam bath.

The whirlpool has a 12-jet shiatsu massage, 12-jet air bath and chromatherapy lighting. Private gardens allow you to open the French doors and seem like you’re taking a whirlpool outside! The room is children and pet friendly with a “doggie trundle bed”.

The Rossetti Suite is located on the ground floor of Griffin Cottage. The large multi-jet shower is thermostatically controlled plus a steam bath.

The Cloisters
The Cloisters is our incredible 1300 sq ft second floor suite.

The living room, with its hand-carved paneling, has a four person Inglenook fireplace, 50" plasma with 6.1 surround sound and DVD/CD/DVD-A/SACD player for the ultimate in visual and sound reproduction. There are stereo speakers in the bedroom, SPA room and shower.

The SPA room, over the porte cochére, has a fireplace and a two person whirlpool with a 12-jet shiatsu massage, 12-jet air bath and chromatherapy lighting. The large 6’ x 8’ shower has multi-jet shower heads and a steam bath. Massage services are available.

The bedroom in Zeldas Retreat has a king size bed and armoire for clothes. To the right is the wet bar in the living room.Zeldas Retreat is an 1100 sq ft 5-room suite on the third floor of the Inn. Three fireplaces, private deck and entrance, wet bar with microwave, coffee/tea maker and refrigerator make this a secluded place to relax.
The shower in Zeldas Retreat is thermostatically controlled with seven body jets and a steam bath.The all-marble bathroom is the highlight of Zeldas Retreat with a two person whirlpool, fireplace, and two person shower. You may never want to leave!
The Cloisters is our 1300 sq ft suite on the second floor of our carriage house, Griffin Cottage. The 24 x 20 ft living room features a 50" plasma over the fireplace, butler's station with refrigerator, convection/microwave, ice maker, coffee/tea maker, HDTV receiver and DVD player. Griffin Cottage is our new carriage house to the rear of the main inn. It contains three pet-friendly units - the William Morris and Rossetti on the ground floor, and the Cloisters on the second floor. The Spa Room in the cloisters is above the porte cochere.
The shower in the Cloisters features multiple body jets and a rain head shower. Two pull-down seats allow you to enjoy your steam bath.The Spa room in the Cloisters contains a spectacular two-person whirlpool with an airbath and 12-jet shiatsu massage, a fireplace, and fresh plants.
Relax in your spectacular whirlpool with the French doors open to your private enclosed garden! It's as though you were taking a whirlpool outside. The king size bed is shown to the right.The bedroom in the Cloisters has a king size bed. A push of a button by the bed conveniently turns off all the lights in the suite for a comfortable night's rest!
The enclosed back garden in the Rossetti suite provides the ideal location for breakfast, delivered to your door each morning, and allows your pets to freely move between the garden and the suite.The Rossetti suite is one of our two pet-friendly ground-floor units in our new carriage house, Griffin Cottage. Enjoy your whirlpool, fireplace and butler's station complete with coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, and convection/microwave oven. There is a 42" plasma HDTV and DVD player. To the right is your shower with multiple body jets and a steam bath. And there is a king size bed.
The William Morris is room is one of two pet-friendly ground-floor units in the carriage house. Your French doors open onto your enclosed, private back garden. To the left is your 5 x 7 ft shower with multiple body jets, a rain head shower and steam bath.Enjoy the fireplace in the William Morris room or swivel the leather chairs to watch TV on your 30" LCD HDTV and DVD player. Your butler's station has a refrigerator, convection/microwave oven, coffe/tea maker, and dishes and glassware.
The king bed in the William Morris room provides a great night's rest.Your private, enclosed garden is perfect for enjoying your breakfast, delivered to your door each morning. It also is perfect for your pets!
The Fitzgerald room has two comfortable club chairs, a 27 inch TV with DVD player, a desk and chair. It is a comfortable 18 x 18 ft.The Fitzgerald room is the most elegant room in the Inn. The bed is English circa 1840 - California King in size. It has a fireplace, jacuzzi-style whirlpool with shower above.
