Mid Summer looking towards the Inn from the Sorghum Field. We plant the Sorghum cane in the Spring and in the fall we cut it, press it, and cook it down to make Sorghum Molasses. Sorghum is an old timey treat which we provide to our guests to put on our home made biscuits and pancakes. It also makes great gingerbread too!Autumn's Glory surrounds the Inn providing our guests with the perfect hideaway from hustle and bustle of the daily grind.
