Azalea
The king bed accented by the original outer stone wall rolls out the carpet for a wonderful Asheville experience at 1847 Blake House Inn. It is perfect for a family of three with its brass accented white day bed, skylight, and antique desk/vanity. The full bath also has one stone wall and plush bathrobes for our guests to enjoy. The Azalea Room has cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet and telephone. Please note that the Azalea Room is NOT pet friendly and rates are based on double occupancy. Add $25 to the posted rate for a third person.

Magnolia
A unique fabric canopy ceiling of 1847 Blake House Inn's Magnolia Room and a queen size Victorian bed accentuate the romance of this room. Another original cozy fireplace, antique couch, Italian armoire and beautiful red heart pine floor creates the perfect atmosphere for your home away from home experience. The Magnolia Room has cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet, and telephone and a private modern bath with a shower. Please note that this room IS pet friendly.

Dogwood
This spacious king size room of 1847 Blake House Inn features a king size bed with fine linens and white goose down comforter. The sky blue wood tongue and groove ceiling, large fireplace, antique chaise, French antique armoire, cable TV and DVD player make for perfect memories. A private bathroom with shower and telephone completes this room. Please note that this room IS pet friendly.

Sycamore Suite
The Sycamore Suite is located on the 1st floor of the Carriage House (Innkeepers live on the second floor). The Suite features a large bedroom with a king bed and satellite TV. Along with a spacious bathroom, the Suite includes a living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a small kitchenette complete with a table for 4, a small oven/stove, and a refrigerator. The Suite can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children. Please note that the Suite is NOT pet-friendly. Rates are based on double occupancy. Breakfast not included in rates. Add $10 pp for breakfast

Lilac Room
The Lilac Room is the largest guest room in the main house and it features a king size bed, and a fireplace framed in ornamental ceramic tiles with a large original mantle and gas logs. There is cable TV and DVD player in the room along with a telephone and seating area and writing desk. French doors leading to Helen's Balcony and the Inn's largest private bath with an antique cast iron tub and shower, that has dark blue outer enamel, brass claw feet and white porcelain inside, set the stage for returning to the slower, more relaxed times of the 1840's. Rates are based on double occupancy.

Holly Room
Tucked away down a few steps and into a private corner of the house, the Holly Room receives the most enjoyment from the delicious smells of breakfasts cooking as it is positioned almost on top of the kitchen (but just far enough away to not be disturbed). This room went through a renovation in June 2006 and now shows off its original hardwood floors plus a one of a kind painted glass window featuring a holly bush and cardinals, hand painted by one of artists featured in our Gift Shop. The room offers a queen size bed so high you will need a stool to get into it.

Rose Room
The Rose Room is a first floor room with 14' ceilings, hardwood floors, and its own exterior exit. This room has a king bed plus a full-size futon couch and can sleep up to four people (three adults or two adults and two children). There is a gas fireplace, writing desk, and sitting area. The bathroom features a whirlpool tub with shower fixtures. This room is pet friendly and handicap accessible. The colors of this room combine dark and medium shades of green, tan, and dark reds.
