Heavenly Bananas
Total preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 4 Bananas
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon orange peel
- 2 fl oz orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grape-nuts cereal ... for toping
Steps:
- Mix sour cream, orange peel and sugar in small bowl. Add orange juice and mix well.
- Slice bananas into 1/4 inch slices and put in bowl with sour cream mixtue. Stir just enough to coat banana slices
- Spoon bananas into small sherbert type bowl. Top with grape-nuts and mint sprig. Serve immediately.
