    Deposits: A deposit of one night's rate for each room is required to confirm a reservation. Cancellation: A deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received 10 days prior to the reservation date. If less than 10 days notice is received, a refund is dependent on the room being rebooked. Cancellations must be made by speaking with the innkeeper or by e-mail. Cancellation policy also applies to Barter Theatre Tickets. Payment: Due in full at check-in. The Summerfield Inn accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa credit cards, personal checks, traveler's checks and cash.
