Shrimp Egg Drop Soup

Serves: 3Ingredients:
- quart chicken broth
- 12 frozen peeled shrimp
- tsp soy sauce
- tsp sesame oil
- lg egg, beaten with 1 T water
- 2 green onion tops/chopped
Steps:
- Boil chicken broth.
- Add shrimp until it turns pink. Take out of broth with slotted spoon.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Take off heat.
- Pour in beaten egg. Wait 2 minutes and stir.
- Serve with shrimp and green onions.
