General Information

Acorn Inn offers three charming lodging options, all including a generous "continental plus" breakfast of homemade breads and fruit cobbler in season. The Cottage (kitchen/bath) sleeps a family of four comfortably, and is perfect for those seeking privacy. The Inn - once a horse stable, now a contemporary lodge filled with tapestries, masks, and international folk art - features ten cozy bedrooms, a skylit lounge with cathedral ceiling, soapstone fireplace, kitchenette and men's and women's baths/showers. An 800-square-foot meeting room (Reception Gallery), makes it ideal for corporate retreats, creative workshops, reunions or group events of any kind. The Farmhouse, home of the innkeepers, has two queen-bedded guest rooms, sharing a bath, and is open only when Cottage and Inn are occupied. Kathy is an accomplished photographer/printmaker and Martin is a world-class cyclist from the Netherlands.

  Two guest-rooms are also available in our Farmhouse for $85 per night/per room. These share a bath. We rent these out only when the Cottage and the Inn are fully booked. The Farmhouse is also our office and our home.
