    The Braeburn Cottage is a separate two-story retreat with it’s own distinctive country décor. It's private, it's charming, and it's all yours during your stay. You can relax by the flickering flames of the gas fireplace in your living room, enjoy a snack in your well-appointed dining room, or just watch a favorite video. Then spend the night snuggled under a down comforter and handmade antique quilt in your upstairs bedroom. The unique tiled bathroom is an extra plus. A second bedroom is also available in the Cottage for larger families. Escape from the ordinary in the Braeburn Cottage!

  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages.)
  • Deposit amount required (A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.)
  • Check in time is 3:00 - 7:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
  • Cancellations:
    - Cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged for one night or 50% of the total reservation amount, whichever is greater.
    - Cancellations within 3 days of your scheduled arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation. This includes "no-shows" and premature check-outs.
    - For peak holiday weekends, the 7 day and 3 day requirements above become 14 days and 7 days respectively.
    - For group reservations (3 or more rooms) other requirements apply, which will be explained at time of booking.
