General Information

The Creekside Inn was built in 1781 by David Witmer, a personal friend of George Washington, and a prominent citizen of 18th century Paradise, Lancaster County. We are peacefully situated on 2 acres along the Pequea creek providing a romantic, comfortable place to relax and listen to the sound of horse & buggy passing by. A wide variety of dining choices are nearby. They include Historic Taverns, Dinner Theaters, PA Dutch Family Style restaurants, Smorgasbords and Quaint Village Cafes. After breakfast we can help you plan your day and offer advise on how to see the "Undiscovered Lancaster County".
