General Information

Quiet, secluded pre-Civil War two-acre brick Pennsylvania Dutch farm homestead overlooking Chiques Creek with dam and waterfall. Located 10 miles west of downtown Lancaster; entirely surrounded by farmland. Friendly barn cats and dogs and colorful gardens. Comfortable, country furnishings, dairy antiques and milk bottles. Second floor balcony for quiet relaxing. Porch swing in yard for lazy evenings. Knowledgeable, locally born hosts can help plan itinerary. Full country all-you-can-eat breakfast served family style at 8:30. Biking tour trails and maps available. Seasonal packages and gift certificates available.

Getaway packages and gift certificates available. Perfect for anniversary, honeymoon, marriage renewal and birthday celebrations. Rates: $250/night. A two night minimum on weekends and holidays. Rate includes a full breakfast brought to you in a picnic basket.

  • Cancellations:
    If cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to reservation date, you will be refunded the entire deposit. If less than 2 weeks notice is given, we will refund any amount from deposit left from nights we are able to re-rent the room. A cancellation fee of $20 will be charged for every cancellation.
