Baked Oatmeal: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Milk

  • 1 cup Oatmeal

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • pinch Salt

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Oil

  • 2 Eggs

  • Cinnamon

  • 1/2 can Pie Filling

Step 1:

Mix eggs, sugar, baking powder, oil, salt, beat well. Add Milk and mix again, add oatmeal last, mix in by hand.

Step 2:

In a 9 x 9 baking pan, spread pie filling in bottom chopping fruit fine. Slowly pour the above mixture over pie filling, sprinkle with cinnomon.

Step 3:

Bake at 325 for 35-40 minutes until lightly brown. *Double the above for 9 X 13 pan.
