I recently had my sister's baby shower at this lovely place- it was perfectly wonderful. The owners, Chuck and Dee, are really very pleasant and accomodating. They truly helped this special day be as lovely and memorable as possible. It is a really cozy and inviting place- the grounds are gorgeous as well. It wasn't difficult to find and was accessible to people coming from all directions. In addition- Dee makes delicious blueberry pancakes!! All our guests remarked what a great place it was. My sister smiled the whole time- she remarked "This place gives me a warm feeling inside." Couldn't have been better!

I was there for a spinning retreat and everything was great! Our group basically took over the inn, and were treated like queens during our stay. I loved the refrigerator with drinks available any time. Dee and Chuck were helpful with everything. Although I'm really impressed with their recycling, I hate low flow shower heads. Its just a personal thing (I took the regulators out of mine!). I will definitely stop again when I'm up that way.

An overnight stay in the Suite Remembrance was a wedding gift we received from our friends. We decided to save it for our one year anniversary. We have never been to a B&B before, and even though this was only 15 minutes from our house, it was the perfect romantic getaway. Dee and Chuck are super innkeepers, and Flea the cat is happy to greet you when you arrive. Breakfast was scrumptious - fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee, fresh out of the oven apple-cinnamon spice muffins and persimmon bread. The broccoli and feta quiche was perfect! All of this and a side of country ham. Wow, we were stuffed. I would highly recommend this B&B to everyone.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at Pheasant Field. Dee & Chuck were very friendly and accommodating. They readily showed us around the place, sharing the history of the house, which includes a hiding place for the Underground Railroad and a barn that goes back to the French and Indian War. The house was very clean and nicely decorated for the Christmas season. Breakfast was delicious and filling, and there were cookies and drinks available for snacking.
