Classic Belgian Waffle

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Packet Yeast
- 2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs, Beaten
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Steps:
- Combine Warm water (105), Sugar and Yeast.
Let stand until foamy.
- Stir in warmed milk. melted butter (cooled) and salt.
Beat in Flour
- Cover and let stand overnight
- Before cooking, stir in Eggs, Vanilla and Baking Soda.
- Pour into pre heated waffle iron
