Classic Belgian Waffle: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

  • 1 Packet Yeast

  • 2 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cup Butter, Melted

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cup Flour

  • 2 Eggs, Beaten

  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Step 1:

Combine Warm water (105), Sugar and Yeast. Let stand until foamy.

Step 2:

Stir in warmed milk. melted butter (cooled) and salt. Beat in Flour

Step 3:

Cover and let stand overnight

Step 4:

Before cooking, stir in Eggs, Vanilla and Baking Soda.

Step 5:

Pour into pre heated waffle iron
