Nancy's Delectable Crepes

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Flour
  • 8 fl oz Milk
  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 tablespoons Sugar
  • Few drops Oil

Steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients well! Pour 1/4 cup of crepe mixture of hot, lightly oiled , small pan. Move liquid to cover bottom of pan, turn when edges are light brown. (Crepes can be frozen and used later). Fill with your favorite filling.
  2. May be served with fresh peaches and cream. For an elegant dessert, roll crepes around ice cream, cover with strawberries and whipped Cream.
