Nancy's Delectable Crepes
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Flour
- 8 fl oz Milk
- 6 Eggs
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- Few drops Oil
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients well! Pour 1/4 cup of crepe mixture of hot, lightly oiled , small pan. Move liquid to cover bottom of pan, turn when edges are light brown. (Crepes can be frozen and used later). Fill with your favorite filling.
- May be served with fresh peaches and cream. For an elegant dessert, roll crepes around ice cream, cover with strawberries and whipped Cream.
