General Information

The Big Moose Inn, built in 1903, is located on Big Moose Lake, in the heart of the Adirondack State Park, the largest state park in the United States, with over 6 million acres and 2800 natural lakes.

The Inn, originally built in 1903 as a wilderness camp for hunters, was then known as Burdick's Camp, one of the first structures on the Lake. In spite of its many additions over the past century, the Inn still retains its rustic charm.

For more than 40 years, the Inn has been an Adirondack legend for gourmet dining and fine wines.

  If cancelled 14 or more days before arrival date, full refund less $25 processing fee. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date, refund only if room is rerented, less $25 processing fee.
