Serendipity Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

• 3-4 Apples
• 2 teaspoons cinnamin
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 3/4 cup Oatmeal
• 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine

Steps:

1. Peel, core and slice apples. Place in 9 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle apples with cinnamin.
2. Combine flour, brown sugar and oatmeal. Cut butter into tablespoons then cut into flour mixture. Combine until mixture becomes crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
3. Bake at 375 for 40 - 45 minutes or until apples are soft. Let apple crisp cool a bit before serving. Can be served either warm or cold.
