Beautifully and faithfully restored, with many period antiques, this 1898 Queen Anne features 2 dining rooms with an enclosed porch dining area and a veranda filled with comfortable rockers facing the Park. Close and convenient to all activities and the beach, yet removed from midtown congestion. The perfect place to relax and rejuvenate yourself. Light and airy rooms with modern amenities. Small Bed & Breakfasts like us are greatly affected by cancellations. If you must cancel or change your reservation please notify us 21 days before your scheduled arrival. Your deposit, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded only if we are able to fill the entire vacant reservation. If we are unable to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation, you will be charged for one night.
