White Chocolate Mousse

Serves: 4Ingredients:
- 3 eggs Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2/3 cup White Chocolate (chopped)
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
Steps:
- Separate egg whites from eggs.
Whip egg white until soft peaks form.
- Whip egg white until soft peaks form.
Add sugar slowly. Whip until stiff peaks have formed.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream until firm.
- Fold in chocolate into cream, then fold egg white mixture into it.
- Serve in high stem glass & chill for 30 min.
