White Chocolate Mousse: Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs Egg Whites

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 2/3 cup White Chocolate (chopped)

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream

Step 1:

Separate egg whites from eggs. Whip egg white until soft peaks form.

Step 2:

Whip egg white until soft peaks form. Add sugar slowly. Whip until stiff peaks have formed.

Step 3:

In a separate bowl, whip cream until firm.

Step 4:

Fold in chocolate into cream, then fold egg white mixture into it.

Step 5:

Serve in high stem glass & chill for 30 min. Enjoy!
