Grouper with Asian Coleslaw

Serves: 2Ingredients:
- 1/2 Head Nappa Cabbage, Julienned
- 1 Red Pepper, seeded & julienned
- 1 Gold Pepper, seeded & julienned
- 1 Carrot, peeled & julienned
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- Mix all vegetables together in bowl
- 1/2 cup Sweet Soy
- 1/4 cup Regular Soy
- 1 tablespoon Siracha Hot Pepper Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Chopped Cilantro Leaves
- Mix all ingredients together, pour over vegetables
- In a food processor combine:
- 1 cup Basil Leaves
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- Pulse until smooth
Steps:
- Add 4 egg yolks, while blending add 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- Slowly blend in Olive Oil untilconsistency of mayonaise (Approx. 1 qt. of oil)
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days
- To asseble dish, place a generous portion of Coleslaw on plate, top with crispy Grouper and a large spoonful of Aoli. Pour a large glass of Sauvignon Blanc and Enjoy!
