Swift House Inn Popovers by Clayt

Ingredients:

• 1 dozen Eggs
• 12 tablespoons Melted Butter
• 4 cups Milk
• 4 cups Flour
• 3 teaspoons Salt

Steps:

1. Beat eggs add melted butter then milk.
2. Sift together flour and salt.
3. Add flour mixture to egg, butter and milk mixture. Beat well.
4. Pour into buttered popover pans.
5. Bake for 1 hour at 400 degrees.
