Cancellation Policy
Refunds of advanced deposits, less a $20.00 administration fee, will be made if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival (30 days for holiday periods such as fall foliage, Christmas week, New Years week, Martin Luther King weekend, President's week, 4th of July weekend, & special events weekends). If you cancel your reservation within the required 14 or 30 day period prior to arrival, your advanced deposit is non-refundable. Pre-purchased packages are non-refundable. Your deposit confirms your entire reservation. Parties that shorten their stay or do not show for their reservation are responsible for the entire period that they reserved. Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Listed rates are subject to change. During fall foliage, holidays and peak weekends minimum stays may be requested. - Accepted by the following agencies:
