General Information

Our beautiful inn is a fully restored and newly redecorated 1890 Queen Anne Victorian. The living room and parlor have plenty of comfortable places to sit by the fire and enjoy a good book. Each bedroom has luxury duvets and new linens as well as a private bathroom. We serve a full three course breakfast and feature Vermont Fresh products, such as maple syrup, bacon, sausage, and cheddar cheese. We have extensive perennial gardens, a beautiful pond with a cascading waterfall,and hundreds of perennial plants lead to the lawn area looking out over the Green Mountains. Discounted Smuggler's Notch ski passes are available for $44.00 each ($14.00 below window price.) We are right in the middle of Green Mountain recreation area yet only 25 minutes from downtown Burlington.

  Every breakfast starts with a fruit course (Sinful Sinclair Bananas, butter rum apples, homemade granola over fresh fruit, cherry clafouti) followed by a warm main course (Eggs Benedict, stuffed French toast, pumpkin waffles, caramel strata) including Vermont maple sausage or Dakin Farm's smoked bacon. Vermont coffee is always brewing and we have a wide selection of specialty teas and cocoas.
