Cottage Cakes

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1/2 cup flour

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Cook on hot gridle.
3. Serve with warm apricot sauce or Vermont Maple Syrup.
