General InformationLondonderry Inn is circa 1803 12-room New England farmhouse situated on 6 acres of fields and woodlands, with fruit trees, flowers and a large berries garden. The inn was actually one of the first bed & breakfasts in Belfast. Back in the 1950's it was called Sanker Farm Overnight Tourist House and offered heat and modern bath as its amnities. It has operated as Londonderry Inn for over 22 years. Marsha and Fletcher Oakes purchased the inn in January 1997 and have lovingly restored the entire house. Our 5 well-appointed guest rooms and private baths are decorated with both antique and newer furnishings and art, designed to comfort the body and please the eye. Relax on our screened-in farmers porch, sun porch, deck, fire placed living room, comfortable reception room, or large fire placed country Kitchen. In the morning join us for a 3-course farm-style breakfast, designed to fuel you for the day's activities. In the evening join the innkeepers and other guests for beverages and dessert including our delicious chocolate chip cookies!
