Greenville Inn Granola: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup sliced almonds

  • 1/3 cup pecan pieces

  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/3 cup green pumpkin seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter

  • 6 tablespoons honey

Step 1:

Preheat convection oven to 300 degrees. In large plastic bowl, melt butter in microwave. Add honey and stir in. Add remaining ingredients and combine well with butter and honey.

Step 2:

On a parchment paper-lined large sheet pan, spread the mixture evenly and bake 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir.

Step 3:

Return to oven and bake 5 minutes. Cool on sheet pan. Serve with granola, fruit, etc.
