Greenville Inn Granola

Serves: 20Ingredients:
- 3 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup pecan pieces
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup green pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 6 tablespoons honey
Steps:
- Preheat convection oven to 300 degrees. In large plastic bowl, melt butter in microwave. Add honey and stir in. Add remaining ingredients and combine well with butter and honey.
- On a parchment paper-lined large sheet pan, spread the mixture evenly and bake 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir.
- Return to oven and bake 5 minutes. Cool on sheet pan. Serve with granola, fruit, etc.
