  • Cancellations:
    A refund of your deposit will be made if cancellation is received at least 15 days (30 days for Christmas Prelude) prior to your reservation date. If a last minute cancellation is necessary and we can re-rent the room to another guest over the entire reservation period, the same refund policy applies.(No refunds for rooms not re-rented)
