Lobster Ravioli: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Lobster Stock

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

  • 1 teaspoon Lobster Base

  • 2 tablespoons Sundried Tomatoes (Diced)

Step 1:

In sauce pan add Lobster Stock, heavy cream, and Lobster Base. Reduce by half the heat.

Step 2:

Finish with the Sundried Tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
