Centrally located on a quiet street near the center of Kennebunkport, this Federal style sea captain’s home features a blend of historic and soft modern styling and professional, personalized hospitality. Guests enjoy luxurious beds, designer linens, fireplaces, whirlpool and soaking tubs, wireless Internet, flat panel televisions and DVD players. Each morning, a creative gourmet breakfast is created from the freshest seasonal and local ingredients available, featuring our signature orange juice blend, freshly baked pastries and entrees prepared to order. Just a short walk to nearby restaurants, the quaint harbor and beaches.

Each morning, you will be treated to a creative gourmet breakfast made from the freshest seasonal and local ingredients available. Breakfast begins with Wicked Joe coffees and Mighty Leaf organic teas, and our signature fresh orange juice blend. This will soon be followed by a creative and seasonal fruit course and pastries fresh from the oven. Finally you will be offered a choice of two prepared to order entrées, such as Cinnamon French Toast with Wild Maine Blueberry Sauce, Eggs Benedict, Ricotta Pancakes with Brown Sugar Cherry Compote and omelets prepared to your order.
Policies- Minimum stay required (A two-night minimum on most weekends, three on some holidays.)

- We cannot accommodate guest pets

- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (wine available by the glass and bottle)
- Deposit amount required (For a multiple night stay, a deposit of half of the total charges is due at the time of booking. For a one night stay, the full amount is due as a deposit.)
- Check in time is 3:00-7:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation or change of dates, we must receive 14 days notice prior to your confirmed arrival for a refund of your deposit, less a $25 fee per room.
If any full or partial cancellation or change of dates is made within 14 days, regardless of the reason, you are financially responsible for the entire reservation, unless we can re-book your room. Take the Maine Turnpike (I-95) to Exit 25 (formerly exit 3) for Kennebunk-Kennebunkport. Once you've left the tollbooth, turn left onto Route 35. You will be on Rt. 35 for 5 1/2 miles in total. While on Rt. 35, you will encounter a small rotary; go half way around to stay on 35. You will also go through the center of Kennebunk, where you will need to turn left and then immediately bear right, again staying on Rt. 35 - watch for signs. At the junction of routes 35 and 9 (there will be a traffic light at the intersection and a Sunoco station on your left), turn left. Go over a small bridge. Take your first right (at the monument) onto Ocean Avenue. Take your fifth left off of Ocean Avenue, and onto Green Street. The inn is on the second block, on the right. - Nearest major airport: PWM 25 miles
