Blueberry Muffins

- 1 egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 cups White Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Blueberries
- Cinnamon/ Sugar mixture
Steps:
- In a 2 cup liquid measuring cup, combine the milk, oil and eggs.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the dry ingreedients. Add Blueberries so they are mixed well in the flour mixture.
- Stir in the liquid ingredients until just moistened.
- Spoon batter into well greased muffin cups; sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Check after 15 minutes to avoid overcooking.
