General Information

We have fifteen rooms available with a variety of bed arrangements. All of the rooms have private baths with terry robes,plenty of fluffy towels and a hairdryer, comfortable sitting areas, incoming and outgoing phones. A wonderful front porch is available to enjoy in the warmer months. We are conveniently located in town for walking to Bowdoin College or the many fine shops, galleries, museums and restaurants without having to get back into your car. We also are a short drive from two of Maine's most spectacular state park beaches,fun to explore any time of the year, or Freeport with all of the outlet shopping.     This baked french toast is topped with a trio of berries... strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and then a struesel topping is sprinkled on top. It is served hot and puffy from the oven with powdered sugar sifted over top. Warm maple syrup is offered along side. Great with sausage or crispy bacon.
