    All deposits are fully refundable (less a $20 processing and handling fee) until 15 days prior to arrival. For cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival, all deposits are non-refundable.

Bear right at the fork in the road at the monument. Continue to follow Rte. 1A into York Harbor for approximately 1 mile. We are located on your left directly across the street from a park and the Ocean.
