General Information

A small family run resort uniquely situated on a private peninsula, providing an unsurpassed location with panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean and harbor. Spacious grounds offer privacy as well as numerous recreational activities. Accommodations are in the Maine House, a classic New England 'Cottage,' and modern multi-unit buildings. Most rooms have private decks with water views. Antiques of museum quality, warmth and charm are found throughout. • Limitations on childcare (Babysitters can be arranged with two week notice)
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted
• Deposit amount required (THE GREATER OF: 25% OF TOTAL STAY OR 1 NIGHT'S RENT)
• Closed: Closed January - March
• Check in time is 3:00pm-9:00pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
• Cancellations:
  Two week notice required for full refund. We will refund deposit with less than two week notice if we re-rent the reserved space. $25 fee deducted from all refunds.
