• Cancellations:
  10 day cancellation. If less than 10 days you are responsible for entire stay unless we rerent room. If we rerent room, there is a $15 per nite cancellation fee. You are responsible for early checkout. Holidays have a 21 day cancellation policy and a $25 per nite cancellation fee.
