Take the Spaulding Turnpike heading North. Time: 1 hour 15 mins From the Spaulding Turnpike (heading North or South): Take exit 12 onto 125 N. Veer right off the ramp towards Rochester. Continue through three sets of lights at the fourth veer left staying on 125 N. At the fifth turn left onto south Main, get in the right lane, go through two sets of lights. 200 yards beyond the second light on the left is the Governor's Inn.
