General Information

Cranmore Mountain Lodge is located off the Main Road of North Conway Village, on 8 acres in a quiet residential area,offers tennis, basketball, seasonnal pool, year round outdoor hot tub, pond stocked with rainbow trout, 40+ miles of trails starting from our backyard, picnic tables and barbecue grills.

With 20 rooms and family suites, all with private baths, cable TV and phones, and free WIFI, we welcome families as well as couples seeking a quiet romantic getaway. Our full country breakfast is cooked-to-order and we accommodate special diets (gluten free menu available). Some rooms are dog friendly as well!

Policies

  • Smoking is allowed outside only (Absolutely no smoking inside.)
  • Limited accommodations for guest pets (Only 4 rooms can welcome small dogs for an additional fee.)
  • Children are welcome (Children under 10 stay for free with 2 adults)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (BYO alcoholic beverages)
  • Deposit amount required (One night = 100% deposit, 2 or more nights = 50% deposit.)
  • Check in time is 3:00pm-8:00pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
  • Cancellations:
    Deposits are applied to the last day of your reservation. There is a $25 surcharge per room on all cancellations to cover paperwork ($30 during fall foliage season). A fourteen day cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund, minus $25 cancellation fee (30 day notice during fall foliage season). Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance will be refunded only if we are able to rent to others. If the room remains un-rented, we gladly issue a gift certificate in the value of your deposit, valid for one year. Reservations cancelled less than 4 days before arrival ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. No credit voucher will be issued. Early checkouts forfeit their deposits and are responsible for all nights booked.

Turn left and drive straight to Cranmore Mountain Lodge, located 1.2 miles from the "T" intersection. Cranmore Mountain Lodge is on the right side of the road. The street address is 859 Kearsarge Road. In North Conway - approaching from the North From Routes 16/302, turn left onto Hurricane Mountain Road (by the Vista Country Store). Go up the hill one mile to Kearsarge Road. Turn right onto Kearsarge Road. The cranmore Mountain Lodge is located 1/8 mile down the road on the left.
