    If cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to arrival, 21 days during Foliage(Sept-Oct),refund of deposit less $25 processing fee. If cancellation is made less than 14 days, (or 21 days(Sept-Oct)) prior to arrival and room is resold, refund of deposit less $25 processing fee. If room is not resold, deposit is forfeited.
