Smaller rooms with 2 twins, or a double bed overlooking the Golf Course and Green Mountains. These rooms are probably most reminscent of those found in the old Grand Hotel Sunset Hill House. For guests looking to stay a premium inn on a budget, these rooms are best buys. Beds tucked under our mansard roof or around corners, and twin rooms featuring the antique sugar maple beds from the original Grand Hotel. Some can adjoin other rooms. 208 Traditional
2 Doubles in one room, or a single Queen or King, in larger rooms with good views of either the White or Green Mountains. Snuggle under the duvets and enjoy the peace and quiet of NH's mountains. Some adjoin, some are on the first floor of Hill House -- our annex building. All have private baths and phones. The White Mountains of NH -- including the Presidential, Kinsman and Dalton ranges, as close as 3 miles away. You can even see Mount Washington on clear days. Or, a long view across the golf course to the fabled Green Mountains of Vermont. It is all beautiful.

201 Grand Fireplace
Spectaclar spacious rooms with private gas fireplaces, expansive views, and king or queen beds. Antique and reproduction furniture. Bay windows, soft florals and cozy duvets complete the atmosphere. Of course, you have a private bath and telephone. Views of the spectacular White Mountains, or, enjoy a longer view across the golf course to the Sunset and the fabled Green Mountains of Vermont. It is all beautiful.
