Cherry Brandy Sauce
Total preparation time: 10 min.Ingredients:
- 2 cups Brandy
- 1/4 cup Red Wine
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 3 black pepper corns
- 2 cups water
- 10 pitted cherries cut in half
Steps:
- Place all ingredients into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Be careful, the ingredients will expand and get very hot
- Reduce by half and then let cool. If the sauce is too thick, add more water, bring to a boil again and then cool
- Remove the cinnamon sticks and pepper corns
