General InformationOlde Orchard Inn is nestled on the outskirts of rural Moultonborough at the very top of Lake Winnipesaukee. It is quiet and informal, and close to four-season indoor and outdoor activities and sophisticated dining. You can take a brisk walk to Lake Winnipesaukee, a mile down a country road and just past the Loon Center, and return to a full country candlelit breakfast with ingredients from our orchard and locally roasted gourmet coffee.
Nine distinctly different guest rooms retain the personality of our 18th century farmhouse. All have private baths and air conditioning or ceiling fans, most have queen beds, and some have fireplaces and whirlpools. Room rates range from $90 to $185 and include a full breakfast.
Your Innkeeper Jo Hills hopes you will make Olde Orchard Inn a part of your White Mountains and Lake's Region vacation. Visit our website at oldeorchardinn for a full look at your country home away from home.
