Candles in the windows will welcome you to our charmingly romantic brick federal colonial inn (circa 1820). Seven spacious rooms, four with working fireplaces, all with private baths and comfy beds, are furnished with antiques. Awaken refreshed to a full hearty breakfast before setting out to enjoy the many activities the region has to offer. Complimentary refreshments await you upon your return (or whenever you wish).   • Deposit amount required (One nights stay - on credit card OK)
  • Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
  • Cancellations:
    Rooms may be reserved with a valid credit card number and full billing address or a deposit by personal check or money order equal to one nights lodging (or 50% of the total anticipated bill for stays of 3 nights or longer) must be received within 7 days after the reservation is made or the reservation is automatically canceled. Deposits are credited toward the final day of your stay. Deposits will not be refunded because of early departure unless we are able to re-rent your room.The deposit, less a $20 per room handling fee, is refundable only if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent your room. Full, non-refundable payments are required for various peak periods including (but not limited to) certain NH International Speedway race dates, October Fall foliage period, June Motorcycle Week and holiday weekends.

    Prior to acquiring the Inn, Sandi was a Hospice Nurse & Fred worked in Casualty/Property Insurance. Both love the mountains and beauty of rural New Hampshire. Sandi is into quilting and Fred is a sportsman who enjoys most outdoor activities. We hope to provide a homey atmosphere where guests feel comfortable to relax in our classic brick Federal Colonial house.
