The proximity of Inn to all attraction, also the Cliff Walk. But the biggest draw were the innkeepers, Harry and Cheryl, and Cindy. Not only were they informative, but they made you feel at home. A bonus was the gourmet breakfast.

This B&B is a "gem" in the heart of downtown Newport. Just far enough away from the hustle of downtown, it is within walking distance to most sites. Lovely, clean rooms; wonderful breakfast; great innkeepers!

Located a quarter mile from the start of the cliff walk, this inn was fantastic, The owners were attentive and friendly, the room was spacious, comfortable and had it's own bathroom, and the location was perfect. What more could we ask for?

Lovely, friendly owners. Rooms all decorated nicely. Nice location, as you can walk to stores, cliff walk and restaurants. We had bikes, and they provided good, safe parking for cars and bikes. We would return. read more
