    MULTI-COURSE BREAKFAST Choice of multiple entrees including signature dishes -- Eggs Newport with crab cakes, stuffed French Toast, fruit-filled crepes -- plus breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, muffins and breads.

    Deposits are not refundable. If you change or cancel the reservation at least 15 days prior to the arrival date, you will be given a rain check for a future stay within a year, less a processing fee of 10% of deposit. Within the 15 days, deposit is forfeitws.

    Take I-93 South to Route 24 South. Follow Route 24 to its end where Route 114 begins. Follow RT 114 into Middletown. After passing Home Depot & Staples on your right, there is a stop light. Take a left, following the RT 214 sign (there will be a store called Modern Furniture Galleries on your left). RT 214 for approximately 10 minutes down to the beach area. Cross the beach on the causeway and enter into Newport. As you begin going up the hill, look for a small hotel called The Chanler on the left. Take a left turn immediately after the hotel onto Cliff Avenue. Go two blocks down to Seaview Avenue. The Cliffside Inn is on the left side on the corner of Cliff and Seaview. Parking lot on Seaview in front of the main house. Boston drive time 1 1/2 hours

    Follow I-95 South to Exit 9 for Route 4 (left hand exit). RT 4 will turn into RT 1 South. Take exit for the Newport Bridge. Go over the Jamestown Bridge and then the Newport toll Bridge. Take a right at bottom of off-ramp. At the 2nd traffic light turn, right where road forks. America's Cup Avenue begins there. America's Cup will turn left by the harbor/wharf area and become Memorial Boulevard at a traffic light. Follow Memorial uphill 8/10 mile to Cliff Avenue, which is last street before the beach. Take a right on Cliff Avenue, go down 2 blocks to Seaview Avenue.
