Policies- Minimum stay required (On Holidays, some weekends we have a 2/3 night min.)

- Limited accommodations for guest pets (5.00 add per day per pet, not allowed to stay alone in room)
- Children are welcome (Prior approval required, add $25.per day per child)
- Limitations on childcare (We may be able to arrange care with notice)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Must have proof of age)
- Deposit amount required (A credit card is required to make a reservation unless prior approval from a manager. A one night stay is charged to the card.)

- Cancellations:
A 25.00 per night nonrefundable fee is charged if cancelled 72 hours or more prior to arrival. Less that 72 hours, no show or non cancelled the full amount is charged to the card. Discounts available:
