General InformationThe year-round, award-winning Fairbanks Inn is a distinctive bed & breakfast in the heart of Provincetown. This 1770s sea captain’s house - now a charming b&b - is recognized for preserving its historic character while offering the highest standards of hospitality. Innkeepers Alicia and Kathy welcome you. Choose from antique and period-furnished rooms with fireplaces, wide pine plank floors, four poster beds and many other fine, modern amenities such as complimentary wifi and hdtv/dvds. Enjoy everything Provincetown has to offer: its world famous natural harbor, steaming red lobsters, the scent of the wind off the water and the spectacular beaches of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Located in the center of town, it is an easy walk over to Commercial Street for shops, restaurants, art galleries, theatre and nightlife.

- Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy requires twenty-one days notice prior to your scheduled date of arrival. If you cancel with less notice, a refund will be issued only for the nights that we are able to rebook your room. Cancellations within 48 hours of stay could put the full amount due in jeopardy unless we can rebook your room. A $50 cancellation fee, plus tax, applies to all deposit refunds.
