Early American furnishings, combined with modern comforts (Jacuzzi Spa and gas stove Fireplaces) and conveniences in each of our rooms and suites to provide a warm, cozy respite on this romantic Island thirty miles at sea. Included with your room is an elegant continental breakfast served on fine china, consisting of fresh fruit salad, cranberry granola, fresh baked bagels and muffins, gourmet coffee, juice and tea. Seven Sea Street is on a quiet tree-lined side street, ideally located in the historic village of Nantucket. Our widow's walk offers a beautiful panoramic view of Nantucket Harbor. Our rates represent excellent value for the quality of accommodations provided.

We have 9 guest rooms and suites in the post and beam Main house, 2 guest rooms in the Guest house which is adjacent to the Main house and 4 guest rooms in the post & beam Swan House just around the corner.

- Limitations on children staying (Children over 5 yrs can be accommodated in our suites.)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (A deposit equal to 3 nights lodging including tax or 50% (if more than 3 nights) on a major credit card is required at the time of booking. Any balance due upon departure.)
- Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
- Cancellations:
Cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations or changes received with less than 15 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less 10% of the deposit, only if the cancelled space is rebooked. - Accepted by the following agencies:
