    Refunds are given only on cancellation made 15 days prior to date of arival, minus 10% service charge. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. This refund policy also applies to early departure and late arrival. Modification need to be made at least 15 days prior to date of arrival. Reservations need to be made at least two days prior to arrival date.
