Eggs Spinach, Florentine

Serves: 12Ingredients:
- LB. cottage cheese
- 1pkg chopped spinach, fresh
- lb. butter
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- lb Swiss cheese, grated
- lb feta cheese
- nutmeg, dash
- hot pepper sause, dash
Steps:
- Beat eggs, add cheese, butter and mix well. Lightly cook and drain spinach well. Add to egg and cheese mixture. add nutmeg and hot pepper sause.
- Pour into greased 3qt baking dish and bake
350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cut into squares.
